Yssebor, Guardian of the Sunken Hall

A single eye that never blinks commands the flooded halls, and it has already judged every invader who reached the throne. Yssebor does not leave its place. It doesn't need to. The Sanctuary Binds rise through the broken floor to seize you and drag you to the center of the arena, while the Pearl Wretches emerge from the coral to surround anyone still standing.
Break the binds, clear the horde, and face the eye. This is a level 1500 encounter, and it does not forgive a poorly prepared entry.

New Ammo Slot Items

Two relics rest at the foot of the throne, and both are equipped in your ammo slot, granting their effect while equipped.
Maelstrom Volley releases spears of energy from the depths that chase your target, turning every attack into a burst from the abyss.
Ruin's Blessing fills you with the temple's ancient wrath, increasing your spells' final damage by 20% for a short period.
The throne has gone without challengers for too long. Gather your allies, dive into Hungering Reef, and take what the sea has been guarding. Good luck down there.
