What type of account do you need to recover?

Global Account

Your main website account that connects all game servers. Use this to recover your username, password, or remove 2FA.

Server Account

A standalone game server account that is not yet linked to a global account. Reset the password for a specific server.
Not sure which to choose?
If you registered on the website, choose Global Account. If you have an old account created directly on a game server before the unified system, choose Server Account.
